Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar. The staff helped me find transport on my first stay, and I still appreciate their friendliness. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Air conditioning not functioning well during warmer nights!!! More noise-proofing needed to reduce disturbances from other guests!!! Also, it would help to have clearer signage for breakfast to avoid confusion!!!

i had a great time at the holiday inn express! the standard twin room was super clean and comfy. i loved having a clean kettle to make tea, and the tv clock helped me keep track of time. the location was very convenient, just a £14 taxi ride from the airport. the staff were polite and super helpful, making check-in quick and easy.

We had a fab one-night stay! The dog-friendly vibe was a huge plus. It was spotless. Loved the comfortable double room with a sofa bed, perfect for the family! The location was super convenient, too, right off the motorway for an easy pit stop. We also parked without a hitch and appreciated the ample parking space.

Had a solid stay here! The staff were super chill and really helped me out since I brought my baby and hubs. They even hooked me up with a microwave for baby food and stored our milk, which was awesome. Oh, and the breakfast had some tasty options. The only hitch? The parking fee felt a bit unnecessary.

Had a great stay with friends! We loved visiting the beautiful cathedral and walking alongside the River Exe. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed the fast, free Wi-Fi – perfect for streaming our favorite shows. Great breakfast variety too!

We found an open and possibly used pack of condoms under the bed, which was pretty off-putting.

The complimentary breakfast had a good selection, and the friendly staff made check-in easy. Unfortunately, the room's air conditioning was inadequate for the chilly weather.

We had a lovely time during our stay, especially exploring the nearby Exeter's grand, 12th-century cathedral, just three miles away. My kids adored the comfortable beds and the nice breakfast spread. Streaming our favorite shows was a breeze with the fast, free Wi-Fi!

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly seating in the dining area.
